Unfortunately, there are 2 major issues: The BT adaptor range is terrible, has ≈7ft where your device won't disconnect. If it disconnects, you usually have to power cycle the amp bc the timeout is way too short. The app cannot rotate and the signal chain DOES NOT wrap, so you can only see about 1/3 of the chain and you have to scroll to use it. So when you tap, it sometimes just moves instead of clicking. Every other BT amp makes it fit on screen. PLEASE update the UI, Boss!!!

I swear, the most annoying pice of software i have been dealing recently. The app itself is great, but to use it you need BT connection. And it mostly just doesn't connect! It is so unreliable because of it that it just makes no sense to use it in a first place since you cant be sure that it will work

Please note that they don't know how to develop an Android app with BT connection to their amp. Disconnects after a minute. Pairing it is not reliable either. The app won't work unless you upgrade the amp firmware, so it doesn't work out of the box. When it works, it takes 25 seconds at least to connect. By far the worst app/hardware experience. Congrats. Most people end up using a laptop or they just use the panel. Regret buying the amp and will avoid this brand. This is an iOS/Mac/Win amp only
